Rushmore & Reboot
"Every great hero team has an origin story. Ours began in 2014 at Journey Fellowship Church in Slidell, Louisiana, where Kirk was the Generations Pastor and Andy was a new member. They quickly bonded over ministry, sports, and family.
Even when Kirk moved to Atlanta in 2018 for an inner-city mission, they stayed close, bonding over "Rushmore" (top four) debates. This playful banter inspired The Rushmore Show on YouTube, ranking everything from superheroes to snacks.
Behind the humor, they saw a deeper purpose. In 2022, they launched Reboot Ministries to bridge fandom and faith, bringing the Gospel to comic and video game conventions. Driven by faith and pop culture, Kirk and Andy are just getting started sharing hope in unexpected places."
Louisiana Retro Con
Louisiana Retro Con (LRC) started in September 2022 as a four-hour test event in a small gym in Houma, Louisiana. Driven by high demand, it quickly evolved into a permanent bi-annual convention. By Fall 2023, the event moved to the Morgan City Municipal Auditorium, expanding to over 80 vendors and special guests.
Growth accelerated in 2024. The Spring event marked LRC’s first two-day convention, complete with an after-party and celebrity guests. Later that fall, despite being postponed by Hurricane Francine, the convention made a resilient comeback, relocating to a massive success at the Lamar Dixon Expo Center in Gonzales.
In 2025, LRC broke state records by hosting the original video game voice cast of Sonic the Hedgehog and introducing digital pinball. The momentum continued into the summer with a massive Super Mario Bros. 40th-anniversary celebration.
By 2026, LRC split into two distinct experiences: Morgan City Retro Con, celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Nintendo GameCube, and the upcoming Louisiana Retro Con 2026 at the Lamar Dixon Expo Center. Unleashing 75,000 square feet of nostalgia, it promises to be the largest and most unforgettable event in LRC history.

Louisiana Card Con
The objective of Louisiana Card Con is to provide a platform for vendors and customers to network, showcase their products, and bring hundreds of vendors together to offer trading cards, memorabilia, comics, toys, and so much more for buy sell trade.
CoastCon
Established in 1977, CoastCon, Inc. is a non-profit, completely fan-run literary organization dedicated to science fiction, fantasy, gaming, and education. It is operated by a ten-member volunteer board consisting of four rotating officers and six rotating members-at-large.

Flagship Event: Hosts CoastCon, Mississippi's longest-running and largest sci-fi, fantasy, and gaming convention, featuring panels, workshops, tournaments, and cosplay.

Community Impact: Prioritizes annual charitable giving, recently supporting CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of Harrison and Stone Counties to foster an inclusive community that celebrates creativity and philanthropy.

Operating from the same Johnston Street location in Lafayette since 1984, Stronghold Collectibles of Acadiana is a premier, multigenerational destination backed by over 40 years of hobby expertise.

Cajun Breaker Sports Cards & Collectibles
Cajun Breaker Sports Cards & Collectibles started online in December 2015 with the vision of providing the best value, service, and overall experience for Case and Box Breaks. Our Brick & Mortar location opened it’s doors to our local community of Youngsville, LA on October 21st, 2023.
